The apartment is 60 square meters, is located at the ground floor and overlooks a courtyard where live Bea and Leda, our cocker dogs. The house has two areas: a night area with a double bed and two single beds, a day area with a kitchen that is exclusively available to our guests and a sofa-bed. It has a private bathroom, where we leave soaps and shampoo for a hot and restorative shower. In the house our guest will find all the necessary things to do breakfast: milk, coffee, tea, cereals, biscuits, bread slices with little jams and some energetic bars.
Our family lives in the apartment just upstairs and we love to welcome guests in person, but, since it is not possible for us to guarantee a constant presence, they will have the possibility to do self check in.
Within walking distance you can find everything you need: restaurants, pizzerias and a supermarket.
