The Mulino del Burro farm was born in a small fraction of Alzano Lombardo and at the time it was a working mill. To date, we are committed to preserving the culture and traditions of the place despite the fact that the mill is no longer in operation. Through the experience of the long-lived grandmother and the soil rich in natural nutrients, we have managed to preserve recipes and knowledge for unique and quality products! Our farm offers unique products grown without harmful chemicals, through traditional and natural methods, such as: herbal teas, spices, salts, aromatic and medicinal herbs, small fruits, vegetables and seasonal greens.
